Tips

Buy Frozen Smoothie Packs

Are you not able to find your favorite fruit fresh? Buy some frozen fruit! Buying frozen fruit in bulk is also a great way to save money and keep your fruit in storage for a few months. This will especially apply to tropical fruits.

Prep ahead

Don’t have time to make your smoothie before you head out the door, prep it the day before. In a jar or your blender, add all of your ingredients and store in the fridge. When you are ready to leave the door, just blend it up and put it in your favorite to-go cup.

Freeze Leftovers as Popciscles

Sometimes we get a little too excited and make an extra portion or two of smoothie. You can keep this in the fridge for 1 day to drink later.

Or better yet, freeze it in popsicle molds. These are amazing for a hot summer’s day, and kids love them!
